WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our studio is conveniently located on 1000 Parker Street, Suite 304 Vancouver, BC, easily reachable both by car and public transportation. If you are arriving by car, there is street parking around the building.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO DO A PREGNANCY PHOTO SHOOT?
The best time for photo-session is between 27-32 weeks of pregnancy. The right time is different for every woman and we recommend don’t wait too late because you will never know when the baby will actually come.
WHEN TO GET IN TOUCH?
It's never too soon to book your maternity session, book your session in advance! I want to make your Maternity photoshoot experience exciting and comfortable for you! We suggest to get in touch with the studio at least two months prior your preferred date to ensure availability. We will try our best to fit you into the schedule at the most convenient date.
MAY I BRING MY HUSBAND / MY OTHER KIDS WITH ME?
Of course! Your husband is welcome to join you during the session for a few couple pictures if you would like to. If you have older kids, we're happy to take some family pictures to celebrate such a special moment in your life!
DO YOU PROVIDE DRESSES/WRAPES/FABRICS?
Yes. Our studio provides a full wardrobe that includes an exquisite selection of beautiful sheer Italian silks and other fabrics for draping as well as stunning gowns and lace robes.
HOW DO I GET READY FOR THE PHOTO SHOOT?
Our maternity sessions are tailored specifically to you, and include a consultation session with Liliya. She will discuss ideas on posing, lighting, wardrobe, and style. We will work closely with you and learn from your ideas and expectations to make sure that your vision becomes a reality.
Use moisturizer for your body for a few days, especially if your photo-shoot includes some nude or semi-nude photos.
Get a manicure and a pedicure a day or two in advance.
Try not to wear tight underwear and clothing on the day of the session to prevent marks on your skin.
Do not travel to the studio in the clothes in which you will be shooting. Wrinkles can ruin your look in the photographs.
EXTRA WEIGHT AND SKIN IMPERFECTIONS
Our goal is for you to feel the most beautiful you've ever felt in your life. That is why you won't have to worry about any of those things. Professional photo retouching is included in your session. We specialize in the most comprehensive and detailed editing, and while we focus on creating a natural look we will edit your photos to your liking.
THIS IS MY FIRST TIME POSING FOR A PROFESSIONAL PHOTO SHOOT…
Liliya will guide you through every step of the process, showing you how to pose in a way to flatter your new curves and your figure so that you look your best. Even if this is your first time on set, she will make you feel comfortable, at ease and make sure to give you a relaxed and fun experience. Our goal is to capture your inner strength and beauty through timeless works of art.
DO I HAVE TO BE NUDE?
Not at all. All of our maternity sessions are customized and tailored to the wants and needs of each client. Some clients prefer clean and simple artistic nude photographs and wraps, while others prefer to be fully clothed.
WHEN MY IMAGES WILL BE READY?
Throughout your photo shoot you will have the opportunity to preview and select your favorite images. At the end of your session, You and Liliya will go through your favourite selection and choose the best portraits for retouching. Your final images (digital files in high resolution + prints or Photo Box for Silver and Gold Photo Collections) will be ready within 3-4 weeks after the day of your session. You will also have the opportunity to view samples of our luxury products and receive our guidance in selecting the perfect display options for your custom art-work.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned there are no refunds, exchanges or credits are offered on any items purchased at Liliya Lubenkova Portraits Studio. Orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of the products. As soon as the digital files are submitted to the client either by USB, electronic transfer, online gallery or email, the order is deemed nonrefundable. All sales are final.
DO YOU OFFER NEWBORN SESSIONS?
No, we don’t. At this time we focused more on Maternity and Boudoir/Beauty sessions. Occasionally we do Family photo sessions for our returning clients. Please inquire for more details.

WHAT DOES THE $400 SESSION FEE INCLUDE?
In person or online consultation with Liliya, to design your photoshoot specifically tailored to your needs and taste
Professional hair & makeup.
Hair & makeup touch ups during the photo shoot. Our makeup artist will stay in studio through the whole session
Assistant on set
Fully guided photo shoot with Liliya
Access to studio wardrobe with beautiful selection of silk fabrics, maternity gowns and dresses, tops and lace robes
*** Human hair extensions are welcome ( but not necessary) and can be installed by our hair & makeup artist for an additional $50 fee
The session fee DOES NOT INCLUDE any digital or print image. Files and print are sold separately.
PHOTO COLLECTIONS
Collection of photos includes high resolution digital files delivered via Dropbox or on studio USB (if your Photo Collection includes Prints or album). Unedited files (RAW or PSD) are not for sale and won’t be included in your collection.
If you would like to have a bigger size of your images and display them on the walls in your house you can purchase them separately after your session. We will help you to create classy and elegant work of art for your home.
PRICING
Price starts at $1350 + 5% GST for a Collection of 7 digital images and goes up from there.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, you will be locked into the current prices for that session at the time of booking and paying deposit. Once that session is completed, any sessions beyond that will be subject to the current prices at the time of booking. We will not honour any price quotes that are more than 30 days old.
